At Giesswein, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable wool products. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the provided return form to ensure your refund is processed correctly.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
